Kristy is a Health Informatics Advisor with over a decade of experience in analytics, data management, performance management, and research. She currently leads an interagency group focused on advancing data access and data quality across PEPFAR – serving as a key liaison between analysts, program staff, and systems teams in order to translate the needs of end-users into improvements across data systems. She also provides strategic information, analytic, and data visualization support to USAID field missions to improve HIV prevention, testing, and treatment efforts. Prior to her fellowship at USAID’s Office of HIV/AIDS, she was a Senior Management Analyst at the Peace Corps where she led the agency’s annual assessment of all overseas posts. Kristy has a dual-Master’s degree in Social Psychology and Women’s Studies and also used to conduct research on masculinity, power dynamics, and sexism.
