Isaac D. Castillo is the Director of Outcomes, Assessment, and Learning at Venture Philanthropy Partners (VPP). Isaac has over 20 years of performance management, evaluation, and outcome measurement experience. He currently manages, refines, and evolves VPP’s approaches and processes related to data collection, data reporting, and outcome measurement.

In addition, Isaac was also the Director of Learning and Evaluation for the Latin American Youth Center (LAYC) where he led the organization’s evaluation and performance management work.
