Amy Jones is responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of Girl Effect’s brands and products. Amy has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a focus on incorporating principles from behaviour science. Before joining Girl Effect, Amy worked with public sector organisations and charities in the UK and internationally. She has lead campaign evaluations, creative development projects, and longitudinal brand tracking studies. Prior to joining the team, Amy worked with Girl Effect to design and test the peer-to-peer research innovation, known as TEGA (Technology Enabled Girl Ambassadors). Currently, Amy is leading on the evaluation of Girls Connect, the latest product launched by Girl Effect. This evaluation will incorporate both traditional methodologies, as a well as new and innovative ways of collecting data. Amy is particularly interested in combining and triangulating sources to demonstrate impact.
