I am a development practitioner, evaluator and researcher who currently focuses on evaluation of advocacy programs. I have managed development programs and consulted for INGOs (Pact, ActionAid, Mercy Corps, Asia Catalyst, RTI) and local non-governmental organizations in China, Poland, Namibia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine. As an evaluator, I have designed and led mix-method evaluations for public health, livelihoods, civil society, and advocacy programs, as well as supported organizations in developing theories of change, improving data quality, better data use and improving MERL systems. I am currently interested in frameworks, measures, metrics and tools (especially tech-enabled) to assess the success and progress of advocacy initiatives and social movements.
